  • Preferably 1-3 Years’ Experience in E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business Development or similar fields.
  • Strong Communication Skills required; English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Open for Malaysians only.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all administrative operations and checks for assigned Brands.
  • Develop a Solid and Trusting Relationship with Key Brands.
  • Resolving Key Client Daily Operations & Orders Processing on major E-Commerce Platforms.
  • Monitor Store Performance, Sales Trends, and Key Metrics to optimize Product Listings.
  • Conduct Competitor Analysis and Market Research to stay ahead of Industry Trends.
  • Prepare Regular Reports on Sales Performance and Campaign Effectiveness.
  • Manage Communications between Key Clients, E-Commerce Platforms, and Internal Teams.
  • Plan and Present Reports on Account Progress to Team Members and Stakeholders.
  • Work and Report during Campaign and After-Hours Period.

  • Prepare Regular Reports on Sales Performance, Campaign Effectiveness, and Account Growth to plan strategically and execute improvements in Client’s E-Commerce Results.
  • Managing Communications between Key Clients, E-Commerce Platforms, and Internal Teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Planning and Presenting Reports on Account Progress, Goals, and Quarterly Initiatives to share with Team Members, Stakeholders, and for potential use in Future Case Studies or Company Training.
  • Working and Reporting during Campaign and After-Hours Period.
