We are seeking a creative and data-driven Ecommerce Digital Marketing Senior Executive to drive growth across our website and marketplace channels within the home furnishings and bedding category.

This role focuses on executing digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, optimize user experience, and drive ecommerce sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment where creativity, speed, and precision matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ecommerce-focused digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive sales performance across website and marketplace channels.
  • Manage media buying, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
  • Plan and execute balanced brand awareness and tactical performance campaigns.
  • Manage website content and functionality, ensuring assets are uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Optimize UX/UI, fix broken links, and ensure smooth site navigation.
  • Execute SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Brand, Marcom, and CRM teams for campaigns and launches.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Merchandisers to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify and manage influencer and affiliate partnerships.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, FMCG, or retail industries.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO, SEM, and paid media platforms.
