Customer Experience team is responsible for:

  • entire shopping experience of customer, starting from pre-sales until after‑sales services
  • leaving an incomparably WOW impression to customers who support DASHER
  • upholding DASHER's vision to provide futuristic shopping experience, NOT just pushing SALES but fighting for the greatest EXPERIENCE that customers can enjoy

What's the skill required?
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply! Training will be provided.
  • Good command (both spoken and written) in 中文, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Proficiency in 中文 would be an added advantage, more effective in handling enquiry received in 中文)
  • Typing speed with 40 words or above per minute
  • Able to commute to Setia Avenue, Setia Alam (hybrid position, no need come to office everyday)
  • Able to work on shift rotation basis, currently we have two shifts: day shift (8am to 5pm) and night shift (3pm to 12am)
  • 5-Working Days per week
Who's there to support you?

Do not worry! Everything starts with training where your senior will guide you through our products information and internal communication process flow.

After the onboarding training session, you will be guided by your teamlead starting from day‑one; you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work‑related matters.

You will be involved in various internal sharing sessions about the latest info on new product launches and updates on marketing promotions.
