Your Role

As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding children through their early learning journey. You will deliver engaging lessons, design creative activities, and ensure the overall well‑being and safety of every child. Your commitment to cultivating a positive and stimulating environment will help build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and deliver curriculum-based lessons that support holistic child development.
  • Supervise and guide children using age‑appropriate and positive discipline strategies in compliance with school policies.
  • Build a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment through positive communication and interactions.
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental milestones and learning progress.
  • Prepare and complete all required reports, documentation, and records accurately and on time.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on children’s well‑being and progress.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support classroom operations and school events.
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare is an advantage.
  • Genuine love for children, with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Passion for creative teaching and the ability to design engaging, hands‑on learning activities.
