Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Educator at Kipinä Kids Malaysia, you will:

  • Oversee curriculum planning and ensure effective implementation of the Kipinä Programme across all age groups.
  • Ensure all classroom activities reflect Kipinä’s play-based, academically balanced philosophy.
  • Train, mentor, and provide ongoing coaching to teachers and teaching assistants.
  • Conduct classroom observations, give constructive feedback, and lead programme quality audits.
  • Support teacher recruitment, onboarding, and academic resource planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal to uphold high teaching standards, strong classroom management, and positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
