About the Role

As an E&M Foreman (電氣管工), you will be maintaining and repairing all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Electrical Team and AV system; assist Duty Engineer for tackling emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain and distribute work orders / repairs to team members, supervise and provide technical support to ensure align with Hotel standard.
• Keep records of all daily work orders, maintenance works and repairs of the AV system.
• Participate in preventive maintenance scheme with reference to all pump motors, starters, control panels, fuse switches, circuit breakers, RCD, switch boards, earthing tapes, fire alarm system, kitchen and laundry appliances, emergency lightings and back-up systems etc, and other electrical equipment / system under supervision of Duty Engineer and to ensure that all equipment / system are in compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations and Hotel standard.
• Ensure that sufficient spare parts for all electrical equipment / system and A/V equipment / system are maintained.

• 在值班工程師監督下需負責維修，包括水泵摩打、起動器、控制面板、保險絲開關、RCD、更換電子板、接地銅帶、消防系統、廚房和洗衣房設備、緊急照明和備用系統等，以及其他電氣設備/系統，確保所有設備/系統符合IEE配線規則和酒店標準
• 確保所有電氣設備/系統和AV設備有足夠的備用零件

About You

• Form 5 or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 6 years of solid experience in electrical field, including at least 3 years in supervisory level.
• Experience in Hotel Industry would be an advantage.
• Valid Certificate of Registration of Electrical Workers (Grade A) and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
