We are looking for a dedicated Shopify / E-Commerce Specialist to support our e-commerce brand, KlaritySG. In this role, you will manage and enhance our Shopify store, ensuring our digital storefront reflects our commitment to health, wellness, and exceptional customer care.
You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to drive online sales, improve user experience, and ensure our customers enjoy a smooth, professional, and trusted buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring accurate product listings, smooth navigation, and daily operational readiness.
Continuously improve website usability, speed, customer journey, and conversion performance.
Support online promotions, campaigns, and product launches with timely updates and execution.
Ensure a positive customer experience by supporting order workflows and coordinating with internal teams.
Manage app integrations, plugins, and technical tools to improve site performance.
Track and analyse key e-commerce metrics and prepare performance reports.
Support SEO and digital content optimisation to improve visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams on e-commerce activities.
Conduct testing and quality checks before website or campaign launches.
Manage and support major e-commerce platforms in Singapore, including potential expansion into regional platforms.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Shopify or similar platforms
Strong understanding of online customer behaviour and retail operations
Familiar with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, email platforms, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
