Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
  • Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok), communicate with buyers, investigate returned parcels, and make decisions that minimize negative impacts.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct sales forecasting, and prepare restock lists.
  • Analyse e‑commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to inform improvements.
  • Generate and analyse reports on e‑commerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance overall operations.
  • Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
