Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self‑motivated, positive, self‑directed, and responsible.
- Knowledge in the motorcycle field is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Team player, hardworking, willing to learn and take on challenges.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
- Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok), communicate with buyers, investigate returned parcels, and make decisions that minimize negative impacts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct sales forecasting, and prepare restock lists.
- Analyse e‑commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to inform improvements.
- Generate and analyse reports on e‑commerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance overall operations.
- Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
