e-Commerce Marketing Executive (Junior / Senior)
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven E-commerce Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our brand’s presence across major marketplaces. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end growth, from high-level campaign planning to the granular optimization of store operations on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Ownership: Drive the end-to-end performance and daily operations for official brand stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aimed at aggressive GMV growth, focusing on sales promotions, store traffic, and brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Brand Team to negotiate and align on campaign mechanics, exclusive launches, and promotional calendars.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize the full suite of marketplace marketing tools, including:
- Seller Centre Marketing Tools (Vouchers, Flexi-Combo, Free Shipping).
- Paid Solutions (Keyword Ads, Discovery Ads, Sponsored Affiliate/Products).
- Affiliate Marketing and Livestreaming strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace Category Managers (PICs), internal teams, and external clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct deep-dive data analysis using platform business insights to track ROI, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement proactive countermeasures.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and piloting new platform features and emerging e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in e-commerce platform management (Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop). Agency-side experience managing multiple brand accounts is a significant plus.
- Fresh Graduates: are encouraged to apply, we will train and guide you. Just make sure you are a fast learner.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Centre, and TikTok Shop Seller Center. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret "Business Insights" data to track ROI, conversion rates, and traffic trends.
- Soft Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for client presentations and reporting. A proactive "problem-solver" mindset with the ability to work under pressure during peak campaign periods (e.g., 11.11, 12.12). Strong negotiation skills to secure better slots/exposure from platform Category Managers.
