Job Description
  • Lead and manage a commercial team of 2-3, overseeing campaign execution, storefront updates, and UX optimization for Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Develop and implement strategies for product merchandising, inventory management, and pricing across brand.com and marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to resolve stock issues and ensure optimal product displays.
  • Drive website and app traffic through SEO, SEM, and paid advertising, optimizing user journeys and checkout experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights to improve sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external platform partners to align on campaigns, brand vision, and operational goals.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketplace developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
  • Results-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and retail.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skilled in managing online sales and creating strategic promotional campaigns.
  • Proficient in platform operations.
  • Experienced in optimizing product assortment and inventory management to drive growth.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
