Job description

This role involves managing strategic partnerships with major food delivery platforms in Malaysia (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, Shopee Food), covering onboarding, daily operations, campaign coordination, and performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strategic partnerships with major food delivery platforms in Malaysia (e.g. GrabFood, Foodpanda, Shopee Food), covering onboarding, daily operations, campaign coordination, and performance optimization.

  • Act as the key liaison between headquarters and franchisees, providing operational support and guidance on online food delivery matters.

  • Handle customer complaints originating from delivery platforms; coordinate with platform representatives and stores to ensure timely resolution and proper closure.

  • Manage and configure delivery platform backend systems, including store profiles, menus, pricing, promotions, and operational settings.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor online promotions and platform campaigns; ensure accurate setup and effective in-store implementation.

  • Conduct regular data analysis on order volume, sales performance, conversion rates, platform commissions, and promotional ROI; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

  • Support continuous improvement of online delivery operations, SOPs, and performance standards across stores.

  • Assist with other operational or ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce operations and regional business development as assigned.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with restaurant brands or international F&B chains.

  • Good understanding of the Malaysian food delivery ecosystem.
