Job Description:

3M aspires to increase our footprint in the growing E-Commerce channel in South East Asia and are looking for a motivated, self-driven person to lead our journey. The selected candidate will be responsible for multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage E-Commerce distributor to achieve sales targets and profitable business growth.
• Distributor management to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate demand forecasting, and high customer service levels for last-mile deliveries. Develop plans to reduce excess stocks if needed.
• Work with E-Commerce distributors to develop and penetrate new and emerging platforms.
• Develop annual and quarterly sales plans; execute monthly programs with Marketing and Enabler team to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with Distributor and Enabler to manage marketing development funds and trade spending budgets to maximize ROI from promotions and campaigns.
• Engage with E-Commerce enablers to monitor and drive online store KPIs.
• Build strong rapport with category teams on key E-Commerce platforms to garner support.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and product management teams to leverage resources for E-Commerce – launch new products, provide price competitiveness insights, and track latest trends in the ecommerce landscape.

Requirements

• 3-4 years’ experience in distributor management (preferably in E-Commerce Channel).
• Experience in the E-Commerce industry – category management on E-Commerce platforms or E-Commerce management in leading brands (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Moderate travelling will be essential.
