E-Commerce Executive & Social Media Account Manager

At Lifetime Wellness, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Executive & Social Media Manager who understands both sides of the digital game: content that builds desire, and systems that convert attention into sales.

You’ll manage our wellness and beauty e-commerce channels while leading our social media presence, ensuring content, campaigns, and customer journeys are aligned. If you enjoy seeing content perform and revenue move, this role has your name on it.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms selling wellness and beauty products
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, launches, and bundles
  • Plan and execute online campaigns and seasonal sales to drive revenue
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behaviour, then optimise accordingly
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience
  • Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content including short-form videos, visuals, captions, and campaign concepts
  • Ensure social content supports product launches, promotions, and e-commerce goals
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and brand consistency
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns with designers, videographers, influencers, and KOLs
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear content briefs and campaign directions
  • Track performance across e-commerce and social platforms
  • Analyse data to refine content, ads, and conversion strategies
  • Identify trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep the brand competitive
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of online sales funnels, promotions, and conversion strategies
  • Hands‑on experience with content tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Familiar with e-commerce and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Notion, etc.)
  • Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills (Mandarin & English proficiency)
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
