Requirement

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
  • Experience with online sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work onsite at 16 Jalan P2/19, Bandar Teknologi Kajang, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Monitor online sales performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment of online orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce industry.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities, such as discounts, coupons, and special offers, to boost sales.
