Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online stores across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and company website).
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and online sales.
- Act as the key person to manage new e-commerce channels and drive incremental sales growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align e-commerce activities with the marketing calendar and business objectives.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute online campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversion.
- Manage paid advertisements, affiliate marketing, live streams, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop digital assets and social media integration.
Platform & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with appointed e-commerce fulfillment partners on pricing principles, order management, delivery arrangements, and stock coordination.
- Work closely with internal production and third‑party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and after‑sales feedback to ensure excellent service.
- Enhance customer experience through improved website UI/UX, efficient customer support, and loyalty programs.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor daily sales performance and analyze key metrics such as sales trends, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate inventory planning and stock availability, especially during campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure smooth operations in logistics, order fulfillment, and returns management.
- Support cross‑functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce management or digital marketing.
- Familiar with online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and e‑commerce analytics tools.
