Join our fast-paced team at DRECIPE' as an E-Commerce Executive. In this full-time role based in Putrajaya, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online retail platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise our e-commerce operations, enhance the customer experience, and expand our digital presence.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and update product listings across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
• Monitor daily store operations including orders, shipment coordination, stock levels, and customer inquiries.
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, and festive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with marketing team for content creation, product photos, videos, and promotional materials.
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, keywords, and SEO are always up to date.
• Monitor competitors’ activity (pricing, campaigns, trends) and propose improvements.
• Work closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist in digital marketing tasks such as social-media posting, paid ads, or influencer collaborations.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related fields.
