DT Machinery & Hardware (M) Sdn Bhd – Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Set up, manage, and operate the Shopee store from end to end, including store setup, layout design, and optimization.

Manage product listings, including SKU setup, specifications, pricing, images, and descriptions for hardware and building materials.

Plan and execute Shopee store operations, including promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and platform tools.

Handle customer inquiries and order management, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Coordinate order processing, packing, shipping, and delivery with warehouse and logistics teams.

Monitor daily store performance, sales, traffic, and conversion, and take actions to improve results.

Analyze Shopee data and reports to optimize product performance and store operations.

Ensure stock availability and accuracy between Shopee and internal records.

Stay updated with Shopee policies, campaigns, and platform features.

Support the company in building and improving e-commerce SOPs from scratch.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on Shopee operation experience.
  • Proven experience managing a Shopee store independently (from setup to daily operations).
  • Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, promotions, ads, and campaign tools.
  • Experience handling customer service, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple SKUs.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a start‑up/growing business environment.
  • Experience in hardware, building materials, or trading products is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English.
