Job summary

A growing e-commerce company in Rawang is seeking a candidate for an administration role. The ideal applicant should have at least a diploma in Business or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or e-commerce. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, handling returns, and updating product listings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are required. A friendly working environment and competitive salary of RM2,800 – RM3,800 are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in administration or e-commerce.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • English, Malay, and Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders from e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Handle return/refund requests and update status on platforms.
  • Monitor and update product listings and stock in the system.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports.
  • Support to customer service team when needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Education

SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, E-Commerce or related field
