Assist in managing seller accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and website
Assist in handling order issues such as cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Maintain accurate product listings
Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and bundle deals
Maintain organized records for online sales transactions and platform documentation
Coordinate with Accounts on invoicing, payment reconciliation, and platform claims
Perform other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations as assigned
