Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding briefings for new employees.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities.
• Administer the Internal Learning & Development system.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare training reports.
