Qualifications

• Several years of experience in network operations focusing on DWDM or optical networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the NOC team for 24/7 monitoring and incident resolution.
• Lead critical incident response for DWDM issues.
• Oversee DWDM network performance and optimize capacity.
• Provide technical support for complex DWDM troubleshooting.
• Supervise and mentor NOC engineers.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of network procedures.
