A leading international hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to assist in managing the Front Office operations. You will support the Assistant Front Office Manager in ensuring efficient department functioning, meeting guest and owner expectations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong communication skills. Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents only.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Duty Manager is responsible to assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office at the hotel.
