You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Duty Engineer is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.

Qualifications

Ideally the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Shift Engineer/Supervisor in a large hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant. Knowledge in preventive maintenance programme and special projects will be valuable. Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment or hydraulics will be an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written English required.
