Qualifications

DTS & GIS Specialists (Submarine Telco and Power Cable Projects) - MNC (LRT)

This role is responsible for performing comprehensive desktop studies to gather and analyze data for Submarine Telco and Power Cable Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Desktop Studies (DTS) for Submarine Telco and Power Cable Projects.
• Design diverse, secure and practical submarine cable routes that meet all stakeholders needs for telecommunication and power interconnector networks.
• Support commercial department to evaluate DTS project risk, cost and schedule.
• Support contract team to develop beneficial contract terms for DTS projects.
• Lead DTS execution including but not limited to strategy, performance, quality and safety.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high standard DTS reports and counsels to customers.

Preferences

• Strong experience in Desktop Studies (DTS) for submarine telecommunication and/or power cable projects.
• Solid understanding of submarine cable route engineering, seabed conditions, marine constraints, and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of submarine cable systems for telecom and/or power interconnectors.
• Familiarity with marine data sources (charts, geophysical data, geotechnical data, environmental constraints, AIS, etc.)
