Qualifications

Work you'll do

Responsible in day‑to‑day operations using HR systems that include perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner, troubleshooting, basic system configurations, error‑fixing and other related support within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Good analytical skills to support the reporting function and needs of the business, including monthly and ad‑hoc reporting for SEA Countries.

Point of contact for local practice office HR colleagues to resolve all HR systems related issues/queries.

Escalate issues and missing data for resolution quickly and follow through to closure.

Assist on other operation tasks as a backup role in the absence of team members.

Continuously strive to provide high quality service of SSC to meet or exceed agreed service levels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential
  • Highly motivated with a passion for performance‑oriented work processes
  • Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow‑ups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
