Responsibilities

• Implement SOP sales order procedures and work instruction on preparation of shop drawings for customers.
• Prepare and update standard door design drawings and construction details in the company catalogue.
• Liaise closely with the Production Manager on door construction details for CAD drawings.
• Prepare and issue related shop drawings for supporting door sales as needed.
• Assist Sales Support Executive in amendments or adjustments in the shop drawings.
• Monitor and control the overall process of shop drawings according to SOP.
• Assist in the design of doors, catalogues, labels, and related design work when applicable.

• Location: Olak Lempit, Selangor.
• 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

Responsibilities

• To implement the SOP sales order procedures and work instruction on preparation of shop drawings for customers, sales department and production department.
• To prepare and update all standard door design drawings and construction sectional detail drawings in the Sandor catalogue.
• To liaise closely with the Production Manager on door construction details for CAD drawings where necessary.
• To prepare and issue all related shop drawings for supporting door sales as needed.
• To liaise closely with Sales Personnel to prepare the technical shop drawings where necessary.
• To assist Sales Support Executive in making amendments or adjustments in the shop drawings where necessary.
• To monitor and control the overall process of shop drawings as per SOP.
• To assist in the design of doors, catalogues, labels, stickers and related design work when applicable.
• To update data for monthly KRA requirements for submission to superior on every 5th of the month.
• You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Immediate Superior or Department Head.
