Job Description

The Drafter Engineer is responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and technical documentation based on design specifications. This role supports engineers throughout the design, development, and production process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting – Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on engineering designs, sketches or specifications.
• Update and revise drawings according to changes in project requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure designs meet functional and safety requirements.
• Attend design meetings and provide technical input where required.
• Ensure all drawings follow company standards, industry codes and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain organised filing and record‑keeping for all drawing files and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, bills of materials (BOM) and assembly drawings.
• Support production, construction or manufacturing teams with technical drawings as needed.
• Check and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project schedules.

Qualifications
