The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in drafting or engineering and be proficient in AutoCAD. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar tools.
• Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering drawings based on project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or supervisors.

Interpretation of Specifications

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to produce accurate drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, engineering standards, and company guidelines.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, or site supervisors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
• Participate in project meetings or site visits when required to gather design information or verify site conditions.

Documentation & File Management

• Organize and maintain drawing files, revisions, and drawing registers.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
