Document Inspector (By Case) - Long Term

Thoroughly review and cross-check documents, including legal content, for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and compliance using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to identify potential errors, inconsistencies, or risks.

Detect and flag any content mistakes (e.x., factual inaccuracies, grammatical issues) or legal errors (e.x., non-compliance with regulations, ambiguous clauses) through manual inspection and AI-assisted analysis, ensuring content is well-organized and logically structured.

Revert documents directly to the original writer with clear explanations of identified issues to ensure prompt resolution.

Provide administrative support, such as tracking revisions, scheduling reviews, and maintaining organized digital records.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, revisions, and communications for audit trails and continuous process improvement.

Collaborate with writers and teams to uphold high standards of document quality and legal integrity.
