Job description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Document Controller to join our team at Solara Holdings Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's comprehensive document management system, ensuring the accurate storage, retrieval and distribution of all critical business records and information. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the overall efficiency and compliance of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist Project Managers and Project Team with day-to-day and/or ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, manage and track project documentation.
  • Communicate with contractors and consultants regarding project updates and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) for project documents.
  • Attend all internal and site meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of project progress reports and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a document control or records management role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of document control best practices and relevant industry regulations.
