Responsibilities

  • Develop lubricant sales to drive company revenue.
  • Manage own sales territory as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Utilize internal sales systems and processes to manage and track sales.
  • Generate new leads and increase sales pipeline.
  • Service existing customers and prospect for new clients.
  • Plan and execute weekly sales visits within the designated area.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on KPIs.
  • Prepare quotations for customers in line with company procedures.
  • Submit sales and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators (sales, volume, and margin) as per plan.
  • Execute cross-selling of group products, particularly petroleum products and related services.
