Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborates with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
• Acts as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
• Ensures that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
• Sets regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
• Ensures that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.

Requirements

• Preferably 7-10 years of working experience as District Manager/Area Manager specializing in Sales – Retail/General in Chain Store Retailer and Franchising.
• Good verbal and written business communication.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skill.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
