A leading dairy company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies. You will manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partners while leading a motivated sales team. This role requires 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales with a strong focus on market analysis and team leadership. A diploma or degree in Business Studies is essential, along with a proven track record in driving sales growth and fostering team development.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with FrieslandCampina’s business goals.
Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure strong market presence and availability.
Identify market opportunities to expand product penetration and maximize revenue growth.
Foster a culture of ownership, responsibility, and effective decision-making aligned with company values.
Coach, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide ongoing training and support to enhance sales capabilities and performance.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and plans to ensure consistent supply and business performance.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to support seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Provide market insights to relevant teams to support product planning and business development.
Ensure all actions support long-term value creation for farmers, customers, and communities.
Promote FrieslandCampina’s sustainability values and responsible business practices in all business activities.
Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
2–3 years of working experience in the FMCG General Trade sales environment, with distributor management experience.
Proven track record in leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
Strong business acumen, with experience and ability to manage trade investments.
