Job summary

A leading real estate company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Dispute Resolution team. You will manage litigation and disputes, assist in providing strategic litigation advice, and draft various contracts. The ideal candidate has a law degree, 8–10 years of experience in litigation, and strong negotiation skills. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Dispute Resolution and contribute to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of solid experience in litigation, arbitration and adjudication with a focus on property and construction disputes.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across construction-related contracts.
• Familiarity with key legislation including CIPAA and the Arbitration Act.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Dispute Resolution in providing strategic litigation advice.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of disputes, including construction claims.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and construction-related contracts.
