Qualifications

• Physically and medically fit, with normal color vision and good eyesight.
• 1 year experience in port equipment services required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• The post holder will be managing terminal prime mover to feed vessel and yard movements in order to ensure that live operation run smooth and will be involved during strategic meeting to analyse daily target(s) and objective(s) are achievable.
• The post holder will work under the supervision of line management but will also be expected to work under their own initiatives especially during the critical moment during live operation. There is a need for excellent communication and sustain good relationship with all internal and external customers.
• Coordinate operation resources allocation for equipment availability and manpower strength to achieve high efficiency of terminal activity.
• Continually monitor live operations in TOS, making sure that the terminal operations are carried out in accordance with the plans with effectiveness.
• Specialize on allocation and assigning RTG in specific zone due for vessel and other operations.
• Responsible to make sure all RTG movement are assigned to specific POW in safe manner.
• Ensure use CRUI - RTG Optimizer apps to look ahead on RTG Movement and suggestion about RTG lane change/block change.
• Maintain proper communication with all parties to maintain high RTG Productivity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Physically and medically fit, normal color vision and good eyesight.
• Possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 1 year experience in port equipment services.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Have a basic computer skills.
• Resourceful, well organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a shift hours including Public Holiday.
