Job Description

This is a personal/lifestyle assistant role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily translation and interpretation
  • Accompanying the employer for shopping and outings
  • Hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Sending and receiving courier packages
  • Grocery and supermarket shopping
  • Managing household purchases and errands
  • Supervising domestic helpers
  • Managing accounts and daily administrative tasks

Note: This is not a typical office-based role. You will work as the boss’s personal assistant, mainly handling English–Chinese translation and accompanying business trips when required. This role does not involve heavy physical work. The tasks are mainly related to daily life coordination and clerical support, with a focus on handling various routine matters.
