Overview
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team, including setting objectives, performance monitoring, and professional development.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to drive hotel visibility and bookings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
