Job Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be overseeing the full spectrum of Quality Assurance functions, including Failure Analysis, Reliability, NPI, QMS, Supplier Quality Engineering and Process Control Engineering. Establish Quality and Reliability standards and procedures and ensure that the products and services adhered to the stated requirements to boost customers’ confidence.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Assume responsibility for driving manufacturing quality and customer quality.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to the operations and quality team.
  3. Develop and execute business unit, department or sub-functional strategy to achieve key business objectives.
  4. Leads business units, departments and functions through multiple levels of managers. Develop these business activities to achieve key business objectives.
  5. Direct and control the activities of one or more functional areas and participate in customer and supplier quality items as needed.
  6. Responsible for meeting customer expectations in product quality, responsiveness and services and interface with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Provide clear and well-articulated vision, strategies and plans to continuously improve product and service quality for customers.
  8. Develop and strengthen the Quality organization and manage general business requirements.
  9. Establish roles and responsibilities to achieve in manufacturing line and customer support.
  10. Ensure that quality control inspections, tests, Root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective procedures are coordinated throughout the organization.
  11. Any other job as assigned from time to time.
Qualification & Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • At least 10 years relevant working experience in Semiconductor Industry is required for this position.
  • Strong management skill, aggressive, result oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
