Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Assess individual and organizational training needs and maintain a learning culture.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on competency development frameworks.
  • Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
  • Track budgets and manage third-party training providers.
  • Measure learning programs effectiveness and oversee learning content.
  • Supervise L&D specialists.
