The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing high-end Chinese restaurants — from fine dining stand‑alone establishments to luxury 5‑star hotels — with a proven track record of 10+ years in outlet leadership.
Extensive knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine and fine dining traditions, with the ability to preserve cultural authenticity while embracing modern presentation and guest expectations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a multicultural team.
Exceptional guest relations skills and the ability to interact with a diverse clientele, including high‑profile guests.
Fluency in English and multiple Chinese dialects (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien) to cater to a wide guest profile.
Strategic and hands‑on manager who can balance operations, guest satisfaction, cost control, and innovation.
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Chinese Fine Dining Restaurant.
Lead, train, and inspire the service team to uphold 5‑star standards in service delivery.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity, innovation, and seasonal promotions.
Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating preferences and delivering personalized service.
Manage restaurant P&L, budgets, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives, special events, and partnerships to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Represent the restaurant as an ambassador of culture and excellence, both internally and externally.
