Director, Centre for Pre-University (CPU)

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to take on the role of Director, Centre for Pre-University (CPU). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for one of our key academic centres—one that plays a vital role in preparing students for university success.

As Director, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality programmes, drive student recruitment and engagement, and ensure an exceptional learning experience for every student who joins the Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of pre-university programmes.
  • Oversee academic quality assurance and continuous improvement in teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor academic staff to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Enrolment teams to support student recruitment, retention, and progression initiatives.
  • Ensure effective management of resources, budgets, and staffing within the Centre.
  • Uphold compliance with institutional and regulatory standards governing pre-university programmes.
  • Strengthen partnerships with internal faculties, schools, and external stakeholders to enhance the Centre’s profile and impact.
Job Requirements
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within an educational institution.
  • Proven experience in academic management, programme development, and student recruitment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver measurable outcomes.
