A leading hospitality and leisure company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee digital platform management and implementation. The successful candidate will drive projects focused on enhancing user experience and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. With 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and excellent project management skills, the ideal candidate will ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and drive incremental revenue. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia being a plus.
To drive project management and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing platforms for better user experience, incremental revenue generation and operational efficiency.
To lead, manage and gather requirements from business users, teams and resources to deliver web- and app-based projects and digital solutions according to project guidelines.
To engage and work with business stakeholders, marketing and sales, UI/UX and web & application development teams to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality expectations.
To expedite recovery and problem resolution within the project scope.
To coordinate, communicate and expedite digital projects with other business units.
To manage external vendors and in-house development team members to ensure they deliver on deadline.
To lead, manage and work with other sections on Business Continuity Process or Disaster Recovery (IT) when activated by management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5 – 7 years of relevant experience in digital platform management, website/app operations, UX/UI or digital marketing environments.
Proven experience managing digital projects end-to-end, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, user experience optimization, content management systems and analytics tools.
Ability to analyze digital performance metrics and translate insights into platform enhancements and business impact.
Experience in vendor coordination, system enhancements, testing, deployment and ongoing optimization.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic, detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism or large consumer-facing organizations is an added advantage.
Proficient in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
