Purpose Of The Role

Our Managers play a critical role in servicing client accounts, driving successful project delivery, and managing stakeholders across the full SDLC (from web/CMS portals to business automation platforms). We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager / Senior Manager who can take ownership of client engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business context, priorities, and delivery needs, and translating these into clear, actionable delivery plans.

The role involves shaping and leading digital initiatives across active accounts, including supporting business case development for new work, guiding solution definition, and overseeing delivery from requirements through to implementation. This includes working with cross‑functional teams to ensure business objectives, system requirements, and customer experience considerations are met.

The Manager is expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, take accountability for outcomes across assigned client accounts, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across assigned client accounts, working with cross‑functional teams (functional, UX/UI, engineering, data, etc.) across the full SDLC.
  • Own delivery outcomes by translating complex business needs into clear functional and system requirements that are actionable for delivery teams.
  • Provide direction and governance on functional specifications, solution design, and delivery approach for client engagements.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure delivery is on track and aligned with client expectations.
  • Support account growth through identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting business development initiatives where relevant.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, including application development concepts, system architecture, databases, and integrations.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8 or more years of working experience with at least 5 years’ experience in end‑to‑end project implementation and consulting work
  • Background in SDLC projects, such as web/CMS portals, is a plus.
