Job Overview
UCMAS is an internationally recognised brain development programme for children, known for developing focus, memory, visualisation and processing speed through abacus‑based training. We are launching a new E‑Education Department to expand our learning experience beyond the classroom—combining curriculum, technology and scalable digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and rollout of UCMAS e‑education initiatives (online learning support, digital practice, parent/student experience).
- Translate teaching/operational needs into product requirements, workflows, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate pilots, gather feedback, measure results, and improve the programme iteratively.
Digital Transformation & Systems Implementation
- Drive implementation of core platforms (e.g., student/parent app, learning portal, CRM/lead tracking, dashboards, automation).
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors on scope, timelines, UAT, launch, and continuous improvements.
Content Operations (EdTech Content Workflow)
- Establish a structured workflow for digital content creation: syllabus mapping, lesson templates, question banks, audio/video scripts, assessments, certificates, and QA checks.
- Ensure content is consistent, trackable, and usable across multiple levels and student age groups.
Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Build KPI reporting for digital learning adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and student progress.
- Standardise data definitions and reporting templates to support decision‑making.
Stakeholder Management & Adoption
- Train and support internal teams/centres to adopt new systems and processes.
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, quick guides and internal training materials.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Education Technology, Data, Project Management, or related fields.
- 3–7 years experience in any of the following: digital transformation, product operations, project management, business analysis, e‑learning operations, platform implementation.
- Strong documentation skills: BRD/PRD, process mapping, user stories, SOPs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Data comfort: Excel/Sheets; reporting discipline; ability to interpret engagement/learning metrics.
Good to Have (Preferred)
- Exposure to EdTech / online learning platforms / content operations.
- Experience building or launching a new function/team/process from scratch.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Trello/Asana, Notion/Confluence, Looker Studio/Power BI, Zapier/Make, LMS systems, CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX, learning design principles, or digital assessments.
