Job description

Fixed term 2 years roles for e-DHR project.

System Configuration & Optimization

Configure digital systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and eDHR (Electronic Device History Records).

Customize software tools and applications to meet specific operational needs.

Test configurations in QA environments before deployment to production.

Master Data Management

Create and maintain master data related to products and manufacturing processes.

Define and implement optimized data architectures (e.g., forms, control plans).

Align local configurations with global standards and recommendations.

Digital Transformation Support

Lead the digital conversion of paper-based records into electronic workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, IT) to ensure accurate and complete digitalization.

Provide subject matter expertise during system deployment and replication across manufacturing lines.

Change Control & Documentation

Manage and control changes during software implementation and ongoing operations.

Establish frameworks for securing approvals for workflow and data changes.

Support audits by providing timely and accurate system evidence.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with project teams, application owners, and business partners.

Translate complex business requirements into actionable system configurations. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.

Minimum, 2 year working experience in similar job scope.

Proven analytical thinking and deductive skills to understand processes, new concepts quickly and propose improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.

Proven organizational skills and ability to plan + organize work efficiently.

High degree of discipline and demonstrates attention to detail.
