Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for digital and AI solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs and market trends into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled products with strong customer impact.
  • Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, customer satisfaction, ROI).
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to shape product development.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., SLT, IT, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth product rollout.
  • Champion a customer-centric and data-driven culture within the product team.

A successful Digital Product Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in digital or AI/ML product development.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) or digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital/AI products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and user experience design.
