Job description

We are seeking a fun and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across digital channels. This role requires hands‑on experience in campaign execution, content creation, and performance optimisation. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to turn marketing strategies into impactful, measurable results.

Note that this is a junior marketing role, with Hybrid work arrangements at our KL office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the marketing team to translate high‑level strategies into actionable digital marketing plans.
  • Execute marketing campaigns aimed at brand positioning and high‑quality lead generation.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor research to uncover tactical opportunities.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise multi‑channel social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
  • Analyse campaign performance and leverage insights to improve engagement, targeting, and ROI.
  • Create digital content including graphics, promotional materials, and marketing collateral and ensures that is consistent with company branding and direction.
  • Develop and manage digital initiatives that attract, nurture, and convert high‑quality leads.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements for better conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong graphic design skills and ability to produce visually compelling content.
  • Good understanding of digital content, audience engagement, and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in community management (online communities, social groups, customer engagement platforms) is an added advantage.
