We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a talented, hands‑on marketer to help us grow and engage our community across multiple platforms.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and driven Social Media & Marketing Executive who excels in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment. You will be at the heart of our digital growth—creating content, generating leads, maintaining chatbots, designing marketing assets, and stepping into sales presentations when needed. If you are a trend‑aware, proactive doer who thrives on variety and delivering measurable results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management & Growth
    • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) with consistent, engaging content.
    • Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified student leads.
    • Monitor trends and leverage platform updates to maximise engagement.
  • Content Creation & Design
    • Design all marketing materials—social media graphics, digital brochures, ads, and promotional visuals using Canva/Adobe tools.
    • Edit videos for social content, course promotions, and brand storytelling.
  • Chatbot Management
    • Maintain and optimise ChatPilot (or similar) chatbot scripts to improve enquiry handling and lead qualification.
    • Regularly update conversational flows based on FAQs and campaign needs.
  • Sales & Presentation Support
    • Confidently prepare and deliver sales presentations for potential corporate clients or student groups when required.
    • Assist in lead‑nurturing efforts through targeted content and timely follow‑ups.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Analyse social media and campaign metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
    • Report on lead generation, engagement rates, and ROI from social activities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must‑Have:
    • Proven experience managing business social media accounts (portfolio required).
    • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing.
    • Hands‑on experience running paid social ads for lead generation.
    • Confidence in creating and delivering sales presentations.
    • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a 5.5‑day work week schedule.
    • Up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and digital marketing practices.
  • Nice‑to‑Have:
    • Experience with chatbots and scriptwriting.
    • Background in education, e‑learning, or B2C/B2B training sectors.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic SEO.
