Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce platform marketing, live‑hosting marketing, and strategic planning.
- Prior experience in lead generation, ad campaigns, or e‑commerce marketing is an added advantage.
Core Skills
- Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ads.
- Ability to use analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Shopee and TikTok marketing tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Interpretation of campaign data‑driven metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI) to improve performance of e‑commerce platforms.
- Experience in SEO, e‑mail marketing and conversion optimization is an added advantage.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, reports and strategy to team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan annual/quarterly digital roadmaps, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Schedule weekly/Monthly meetings to discuss performance reports and align business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across various online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok owned platform).
Content
- Collaborate with internal departments or agencies on social media and website content.
- Oversee overseas SEO strategy (on‑page, technical, and keyword planning).
- Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Manage or oversee social media strategy and content direction.
- Monitor engagement, trends, comments, and brand sentiment.
- Plan campaigns around sales, festive seasons, and Malaysia market trends.
Website Conversion Optimization
- Ensure website performance aligns with marketing goals such as traffic growth and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with web developers on landing pages, SEO optimization, and UX improvement.
