But before we go further, I have a WARNING: I’m not the easiest person to work with. In fact, I’m very challenging. I move fast. I’m impatient. I don’t like excuses, sloppy thinking, or wasted ad spend.
Some people see me as "too direct," "too demanding," or "never satisfied." That happens because I work with other high-performers who expect the same level of excellence that I do.
Listen, neither you nor I have time to waste. There’s no room in our schedules for long explanations that don’t solve problems, or room for error that costs us data and ROI.
You need to operate at a high level and have impeccable communication skills so that nothing slips through the cracks, whether it’s campaign tracking, reporting accuracy, or hitting ad deadlines.
All that said, you must be the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps all campaigns, launches, and creative projects running on schedule.
To do that, I need you to be very organised, a clear thinker, and someone who works quickly. You’ll be building, launching, and optimising ads, tracking data across platforms, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and ensuring every campaign hits its metrics.
The perfect person for this position looks for any way they might improve performance without being told. This means that my Digital Marketer will spend much of their time ensuring our marketing machine runs like a well-oiled system, one that prints leads and sales predictably.
You will help me with responsibilities like creating, testing, and scaling Meta, Google, and YouTube ads; tracking conversions and attribution; building new funnels; analysing daily performance metrics; and optimising campaigns for maximum ROI. But, I’d want you to do much more than just managing ads and reports. Your role will also include the following tasks:
In short, the right person has to be willing to do virtually anything that needs to be done, and they have to do it with precision, focus, and enthusiasm.
The right person is:
Compensation is fully negotiable. I'm willing to pay for the right person. I wouldn't expect to find anyone for less than RM6,000–RM8,000 per month, but I'm willing to pay more if you happen to be amazing. If you are the right person and add tremendous value to our campaigns, you'll come to realize that I’m extremely generous with those who perform.
I am also open to a hybrid or remote setup. However, I prefer local (Kuala Lumpur / Selangor) so that you can be on-site for filming days, creative brainstorming, or live event campaigns.
